Growing birds!

In April, Dad, Caden, and I went to a farm in Kansas and bought pheasant eggs. We got the incubator ready, and put an "x" on each egg before putting it in. We had to dip sponges in water to put in the incubator to make sure the humidity was good. Each day we had to turn the eggs twice, so the 'x' helped us know if they had been turned or not. They started hatching after 24 days. It was so much fun to watch. They are growing fast and are now five weeks old. The last picture is what they look like now.
