Camping!

Friday we went to Cameron and went camping with Abbey and Jake and Austin (it was a surprise until we got there that Jake and Austin were coming). We had so much fun. Jake roasted grapes and my dad made him eat them(look at picture). We had hotdogs, hamburgers, and smores. We also got to go fishing at the lake. During the night, we had a thunder storm with a lot of rain (2 and a half inches).

Cowboy Conrad

Last night I went to my horseriding teacher's house for a horsemanship night. All her students and their parents came. Each student did one thing she taught this summer. I did Western Pleasure. We had a great time, and I was the only boy rider there. I made some new friends. At the end, we had a challenge were she asked questions and the first person to answer the question got 5 points. I didn't win the trophy, but I did know a lot of the answers.

A Fun Day!

Tuesday we went to the movies and to the orchard with Nathan and Sara Weeks and Eli. We watched "Firehouse Dog". Kate Haynie came to the orchard to help us pick peaches. The peaches are delicious.

Go CHIEFS!

Saturday after my hunter education class, my dad said we were going to pick something up in KC. I was talking to my mom on the phone about all the people at the stadium as we were driving by. Then, we pulled into the gate and I asked my dad, "What are we doing here?" Then, he held up the tickets. A friend had given him two free tickets. What we were "picking up" in KC was a parking spot at the game!! We had fun at the game even though the Chiefs lost. My friend, Forrest, was there and we met up with him at the concession stand. I have wanted to go to a game my whole life!! It was so exciting.

A Safe Hunter!

I completed a Hunter's Safety course this week-end.It was twelve hours long.We talked about being a safe hunter.It didn't seem like twelve hours. I hade to take a 25 question test and only missed 2 so I passed.

My Fun Day!

Tuesday we went to the movies and to eat lunch and to go swimming with my best friend Maison, my cousin Eli, Abbey, and Caden. We watched "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium". It was free if we brought a can of food for the hungry. Swimming was so much fun. Maison and I went off the diving board a lot. We all also played Marco Polo and musical diving rings. Then, Eli and Maison came out to our house to play. It was fun. I hope we can do it again sometime.

Wii HAD FUN!

Monday we went to Jake and Austin's for a 'Before School Starts' playdate. We had fun playing the Wii and playing tag in the sprinkler. Jake has a new kitty that we like to pet. We liked to Blazing Angels, a Wii game. My favorite part is when we were playing in the sprinkler and I slid in the mud. As we were leaving, we found a baby garden snake.
